We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return. Return shipping is absolutely free.
We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
To return a purchase, you must obtain a Return Authorization Code by contacting customer service at (866) 434-6881 or email us at returns@dkdesigns.com. For complete instructions on how to return an item, please see below.

Within 90 days of the date of shipment, an item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect. A returned item will only be replaced with the same item. If the item is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value. The replacement guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. Any applicable shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Get a Return Authorization Code. Call (866) 434-6881 or email us at returns@dkdesigns.com to receive a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the top of your original invoice and include it with your return. If you have misplaced your original invoice, you can print a new one from the my account section of our site.
- Pack Your Return. by carefully wrapping your item in a box and include all original packaging and materials.
- Print Pre-Paid Return Label. A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you. It will be either a UPS or USPS domestic label. Print and attach your return label to your box. You can use your original DK Designs packaging, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them.
- Deliver to Shipping Center. If you received a UPS return label, then tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. If you received a USPS return label, you can either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.
